Packing up and going south

Written by Administrator

Tonight we leave for Talca and from there out to the smaller towns.  We have the PV Panels,  the Pumps and hopefully everything else we will need :)  but we do still need 300 meters of twin core 2.0mm2 or 2,5mm2 cable if anyone knows where we can get this it would be a great help.

Solar Pump Aid Appeal for CHILE

As you will know the 5th strongest earthquake in history was recorded in Chile. As part of our CSR we are helping provide solar water pumps to towns without water. These pumps do not need mains electricity and provide a clean water supply to remote towns where aid is slow in getting through.
David Kennedy who is on the ground in Santiago Chile is co-coordinating the effort . So if you would like to satisfy your companies CSR for this year please consider providing the cost of a solar water pump. www.solarcanhelp.org

At this evenings First Tuesday event http://bit.ly/9Ccj57, hosted to support the rebuilding of Chile David had a chance to discuss the project with Jon.
